Caused blisters, December 15, 2009 By  A. Apars "Oakville" (Ontario, Canada) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Zildjian 5BNP 5b Nylon Purple Dip Drumsticks (Electronics) I bought these sticks for a "metal" drummer. I thought they would be more comfortable to use than the traditionall all wood sticks, but after an evening of "banging" he ended up with a few blisters. Not sure why....perhaps he just wasn't used to the rubber grip or their "non-slip" character? I think maybe the rubber caused his fingers to be a little moister than usual ?
