First of all, I LOVE these shoes. I'm sure you've seen Danskos all over your facility and have heard how comfortable they are, but let's face it: they aren't super attractive. However, this pair "bridges the gap" between cuteness and function. I get compliments on mine literally every day. They match everything, and people frequently ask, "Hey, do your shoes have lights in them?" They do have an approximately 1" heel, so beware if you don't frequently wear heels in your off time- these may take a little getting used to. A few reviewers on another site complained that these shoes scuff easily and that the color rubbed of theirs within a day. I'm not sure if their shoes had manufacturing defects, but to prevent any possible issues with mine, I sprayed them thoroughly with my waterproofing camping spray (about $6 from Walmart) before wearing them. I saw a pair of these online, and asked a friend about them. She told me that they were the most comfortable shoes, especially for people who are on their feet all day. In short, I bought a pair of the pink cancer awareness shoes, then I spied these gorgeous sparkly things, and just had to have them! I love the way they fit, and I have already received tons of compliments on them- especially from my fellow CNA students. Now I have to get a job so I can buy some more! |
