Featuring a pre-assembled drain for exceptionally easy installation, the Reliant Three Centerset Faucet includes a centerset bathroom faucet and bath/shower faucets.This ADA-certified faucet set boasts all-metal construction and a cast brass waterway for long-term durability, flexible supply hoses for leak protection, ceramic disc valves for no-drip performance, and an adjustable hot water limit to help prevent accidental burns. Its low lead content meets NSF Standard 61/Section 9 and Prop 65 lead requirements. It's also WaterSense certified and can use a modified aerator to achieve an incredible water-saving .5 gpm flow rate.

This Reliant faucet features the Speed Connect drain system for fast, easy installation. This four-piece drain and offers the ease and convenience of one-person installation without caulk, putty, or tools. The faucet simply drops in from the top, and quick spin nuts secure it in place.
The drain's pre-assembled, 20-inch long, flexible stainless steel cable allows for fast installation in tight spaces. The faucet also doesn't require any adjustments--it seals the first time, every time.
Ceramic Disc Valves Provide Drip-Free Performance
Ceramic disc valves boast a watertight seal and diamond-like hardness, which means no drips--ever--as well as a reduction in the potential for line debris, mineral buildups, and other common problems that affect valve life. Cast brass waterways with flexible hoses also reduce the potential for leaks.
For added peace of mind, an adjustable hot water limit stop limits the amount of hot water that can come out of the faucet to help prevent accidental scalding.

The "Centerset" is a one-piece faucet where a single handle controls both the cold/hot water dispenser as well as the water pressure. However it doesn't end there. This, as I'd come to find out, is only half of the set. The other half of the set is a unique drainage piece that attaches to the molding just underneath the sink. The extra piece replaces the standard bar that lift and closes the drainage. I decided to use this to replace a dated Delta Faucet in my guest/baby bathroom. The Delta faucet was as old as my house which was about 30 years. It not only looked bad, it had a big plastic handle that was so old looking I debated about replacing just that had I not replaced the whole faucet. I was hoping to replace the faucet myself but had to seek help from my father in law since I am 9 moths pregnant and fitting under the sink just did not seem like a good idea, plus I would not fit. I liked the style of the faucet and I must say that it looks even better than the picture shows. Now, having never installed a faucet before, this would be my main sticking point because aesthetically speaking, it works for me, but how many times am I going to swear up a storm putting it into place? Well I must say that installation was ridiculously easy. The crystal clear instructions were excellent and it came together with ease. As I stated, I'm not well versed in installing facets, so I'm not sure if they are all easy or if it's just this one but I can definitely attest to the ease of this model. Also included is the new drain which is great, it's nice to have a plunger that actually stays down and allows the water to stay in the sink. I had also wondered about the water flow and if it would be a considerable difference and enough to make me dislike the faucet, because I do not want a weak, drippy faucet, but I really do not see much of a difference between this ergonomic model...
