I shopped around and got this set at a great price with free shipping and no sales tax! I clearly communicated to the customer service rep on the phone what was missing...and even provided the SKU # for the missing box the first time this happened. I was told by the rep that I could wait and maybe someone could find the missing box in the warehouse (waited two weeks and never heard anything)...or I could return the merchandise. Of course because of the size of the boxes I had to pay to return the boxes. The cost of reshipping was refunded to me...but what a hassle having to repack the thing and ship it back. Needless to say, I will never again attempt to order something like this from Amazon again. The price was great; but the service and delevery lacked a lot. |
