I found this item to be hard-to-find locally and the price as well as delivery from Amazon were right in line with what I expected. This formula did a very good job on my uphollstery which was in sore need of a deep cleaning. Left no chemical order and fabric did not have any noticeable residue. I did eventually find a store in NJ that had it in stock, however it is about 25 miles from my home. With preplanning this is a more viable option for me.
