i've been playing since 1965. tried every stick under the sun. regal tip sticks are the only ones that have held up under the daily punishment of rock n roll. i'm a big guy & i play hard all the time. The style of music demands it. These sticks rise to the moment without fail. I've never had one break on during a performance. I can't say that about other brands i've used. I won't mention any brand names. If your out kickin but use regals because they kick but.
