I have used these snap extenders on my canvas cover on both the rear of our boat and windshield cover. They will give you that extra 1/2 inch when you cannot get the canvas snap to set due to shrinkage and use. Great Product! Won't hold, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Canvas Snap Stretchers (Misc.) I can't imagine anyone would order this product unless their canvas was just too tight to snap without it. That was my case. Last year, my boat cover stretched very tightly but the original snaps held. This year, the canvas wouldn't make the distance. I usually buy a pack or two of extenders at the beginning of each season to make sure I don't run out. Usage varies, but this summer I went through a pack and a half. However, that is still much cheaper than buying a new cover... Read more |
