This one just moves from side to side and doesn't lock the strap in place. It also gets twisted. Would not recommend. It is the old version where the strap slides. It does not stay tight to your wrist. The point of having a tightening mechanism is because you're going to be moving, the slightest movement loosens it up and defeats the purpose.
