Dior's DiorShow Iconic Extreme Waterproof is truly the best I've tried. I like the brush and ease of application. One tip, don't try for a second coat as it may clump a bit. Just keep sweeping the brush up on your lashes until you've built the amount of mascara you want, then you're done. The lashes look long, full and keep a nice uplift without looking fake. I've always had trouble with raccoon eyes, but this mascara has very minimal smudging.
