I prefer VG because I find ZDD a little too grabby. So buy 'em both and decide for yourself. It may come down to momentary preference. If you want way more grip - use ZDD. Didn't drop my sticks once, and they felt great. However, I agree with the other reviewer that they're almost too grippy. I thought I had some pretty decent drum callouses going, but these sticks tore right through them. Maybe if you play every day and you've got leathery hands, it won't bother you. |
