I bought this light for the ceiling area above my stairs. The light has the look of quality, not a cheep fake. The light through the hammered glass shines a really nice pattern on the ceiling and walls! Easy to clean, just lift the globe from the metal links and take down to clean. I bought small bulbs, Sylvania 10 watt X18168 bulbs and it gives just enough light for the small area at the top of my stairs.
