This watch is the personification of Charles Bronson, Clint Eastwood or Chuck Norris as it is tough, imposing and built to last. I've already received several compliments regarding its bold appearance. Deep Blue could have asked $500 more for this watch and it would still be a great buy. Anyway, now to the specifics: The face of this watch is finely printed, with very large and visible numbers at the 12/3/6/9 position. The lume on the face is initially phenomenal, though, as with most non-Tritium watches, it degrades to a duller glow within a few minutes. I've not timed it, but you should be able to read the time for about 5 five hours. I've seen reviews that chastized the lume for retreating too quickly, but this is standard for the type of luminous paint used on this model.
