Holds great balance on trail, or even road. This might be the most perfect shoe I've ever worn. And no one could be more surprised than me. I took them on a rainy trail run and I couldn't stop the insole from bunching up in the toe box. I had to stop, remove the shoes, and throw out the insole. I now only wear the shoe when I know the weather is going to be nice, or I won't be crossing any streams on my runs. During a trail race I saw a guy wearing a pair of these and he said the same thing. I saw him on the course multiple times stopping to fix the insoles. I did try using an insole from another shoe, I just haven't risked getting them wet again. Other then that I do like the tread pattern and amount of traction they provide. |
