The first DVD, titled Wake Up Your Body, prepares you for the upcoming workouts. DVDs two and three amp up the intensity, with a Hyper Burn workout that focuses on stability and endurance and a Turn and Burn workout that introduces longer sets for added stamina. During week four, you'll Recharge using yoga and tai chi.

Week five helps you Built It Up--the beginning of the muscle growth phase. You'll be introduced to heavier weights to prepare your body for more power. Finally, you'll bring it all together in The Peak, the week-eight workout that combines the strength, power, and endurance you've gained and evaluates it against a timed assessment.

I strongly recommend you follow the videos; it's an 8 week program that will kick your butt. I have never workout on a suspension trainer; this is the new science of working out. Every time you are on it, you are working out your core. That means some amazing "8 Pack abs" better posture and less back pain for you who have pain. I read a lot of reviews and they are negative. I have completed both P90X and Insanity a couple of times and wanted something different. Rip:60 is different. Rip: 60 is a little bit of both programs you get some cardio (Insanity) and Resistance (P90X). I decided to add 15 - 20 miles a week of running for extra cardio. PROS: Workouts are short approximately 1 hour, the pace of DVDs is great it doesn't feel like an hour. The warm-up (14 mins) and cool-down (9 mins) sections of the workout are the best I have seen on DVDs the straps give you extra reach of motion on your stretches and exercise moves which I like.
